Lisa Hoffman Beauty is able to ship to customers living in Canada. To place an order, international customers must email email@example.com so that one of our Customer Service Specialists can personally assist you with your order. Please be sure to include your phone number (including country code) as well as the best time to reach you.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your item has shipped, we will send you another email containing the tracking number of your order.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for Overnight Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3pm PST
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only bank approved purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates
Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Complimentary Standard Shipping for all continental U.S. orders totaling $50 or more (excludes Alaska & Hawaii)
For orders less than $50, a flat $4.95 shipping fee is assessed at Checkout.
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
2nd & 3rd Day Service
- Delivery prices are automatically calculated based on your zip code and delivery type when you place your order.
- Orders shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered in 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date
- Most orders shipped via 3rd Day Service are delivered in 3-4 business days from the order’s ship date.
- 2nd/3rd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- Overnight orders placed by 3pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- Orders placed after 3PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your LisaHoffmanBeauty.com purchase, please return it within 45 days for a full refund. Store Credit will be issued for returns made after the 45 day period. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization cannot be accepted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-238-LISA to request a return authorization. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.
For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy Lisa Hoffman Beauty products from other retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts and pieces to be eligible for a refund. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Shipping fees are only eligible for a refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Lisa Hoffman Beauty or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Your return and/or exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Your refund (minus the original shipping costs) will be credited back to your credit card.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-855-238-LISA (5472) or via email at email@example.com.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
